During the 14 days following the delivery of your order, you can request an exchange or refund of the items, which must be returned to us in an unused condition, accompanied by the original invoice.

Returns will only be accepted if the original labels and packaging are completely intact. LUCAS & EMMA online store cannot accept returns where the labels have been removed. You are responsible for sending the returned items to LUCAS & EMMA (49 rue de la haie coq, 93300 Aubervilliers). Items lost during transport will not be compensated. Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

However, LUCAS & EMMA online store will not charge additional shipping fees for exchanges. Refunds for returned goods will be made within two weeks of the product being returned, to the original purchaser's credit card. Note that any additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Shipping costs will also not be refunded.

For EU countries, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Defective items will be exchanged for the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for defective items may be made within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges and returns can only be made in accordance with the instructions of the LUCAS & EMMA online store.

Items cannot be exchanged or refunded in our physical stores.
